"2026 Update: We’ve been clients of Kit Swenby’s office for nearly a decade. I hate dealing with insurance, but Kit and his team are always a pleasure to work with. Last fall, we dealt with a mysterious leak and spent months trying to track down the source. Even though we never ended up filing a claim, Jenn Swenby was there every step of the way, answering questions and helping us navigate the issue. More recently, Erica took the time to clearly explain our rate increases and answered all of my questions. I still hate insurance, but if it has to exist, this is the team I want in my corner.

2017: After being referred to Kit Swenby's office by neighbors, family members, a financial adviser and an attorney I expected to be satisfied with the switch from All State - but I didn't expect to be this satisfied!! Even before I was a customer, Ryan Flick helped me choose a roofer and gave me some tips on what kind of roof to get to obtain a discount once I switched over. When I did switch, not only did they save me over 50% on my Homeowner's policy (with BETTER coverage), they stood behind me on an issue with a roofer and got things rolling. From the moment I first spoke with Ryan - to becoming a customer a few months later - to now I have been so happy with the relationship. "It has been an absolute pleasure working with Stefanie at the Swenby State Farm office. A couple years ago, we left a long term insurance broker that we were with for over 20+ years. Honestly, we left for two reasons: the service had eroded and became dismal, and we encountered ridiculously high insurance prices. Thankfully, Stefanie has exceeded our expectations. We've never had such immediate service and attention to detail that Stefanie has give our family.

For example, Stefanie recently helped us with some very high demands of a new mortgage company who kept changing the field goal posts and asking for more and more documents. Every time, I began to send Stefanie an email asking for these obscene demands, Stefanie was one step ahead of me and had already emailed me and my mortgage company. Stefanie deserves an A++++ for her remarkable customer service ettiequte.

Luckily, Stefanie has also helped us keep our insurance costs within reason which is another huge bonus. All in all, we are pleased beyond 5 stars with Stefanie's extraordinary customer service which is the best you can get.

He actually reached out to me just to check in and see if I wanted to schedule a time to meet more personally and get any insurance questions answered.
